Personal accounts include up to 20 hours of Dial-up 56K V.92 access. This provides the ADSL customer the ability to access the Internet from other locations and as a backup to the ADSL connection. Personal ADSL accounts are not intended to be used commercially and have the server ports disabled. Each ADSL account includes one Static IP address. Additional IP addresses may be assigned at $2.00 each per month.

256/256Kb/s residential DSL line charge is $15.00 per month from Qwest. Qwest charges a $99.00 activation fee.

256/256Kb/s business DSL line charge is as low as $20.00 per month from Qwest w/3 year committment. Qwest charges a one-time $99.00 activation fee.

All email accounts are allowed up to 20Mb of storage on the server. If a mailbox goes over 20Mb for more than two weeks in a row, starting with the oldest, messages will be removed until the mailbox is back under 20Mb.
An Un-metered account is not a permanent connection, rather a connection where a user is free to explore or "surf" the net without care of accumulating charges (Please see Service agreement). Inactive connections are automatically terminated. If you desire a dedicated ("nailed") connection (static IP address/permanent connection), please refer to the "dedicated" section of this page for the plan which most suits your needs.
