At id Communications, our customer support is second to none and is one of our best features. One of the first things you'll notice when you call our tech support is that our phones are answered by--are you sitting down?--yes folks, real, live people! That's right, when you call us for tech support or billing questions, we have real, living, breathing humans answering our phones. We don't believe in making our customers press this for one thing or press that for another, only to end up totally lost and frustrated.
Our people are friendly, courteous, expreienced, and can answer just about any internet-related question you can throw at them. Need help setting up your dial-in access? Not a problem! Can't wait to get your DSL configured? Piece of cake! Having trouble with your email configuration? Not for long! Chances are if your troubles are related to internet access or email, we've helped someone with it before.

If you'd prefer to talk to one of our support reps, just give us a call Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. at 303-790-4343 in the Denver Metro area. If you're outside the metro area, call toll free 1-888-790-4343. If it's after hours, leave a message with contact information and a brief description of the problem, and someone will be paged. As soon as the on-call person is in a position to do so (i.e. in front of a computer) he or she will return your call.
