My QTH is located in Colorado, USA where the prairie meets the Rocky Mountains in an area
called the Front Range. Denver is the largest city on the Front Range and my town, Foxfield,
is a small suburb of Denver.
Foxfield is located 14 miles southeast of downtown Denver at the intersection of Parker Road
and Arapahoe Road.
Foxfield has 700 residents and all the houses are in a country-like setting. I chose
this area to be close to Denver and yet have enough land for antennas.
The tower can be seen in the upper left hand corner by the satellite dish.
Our house overlooks the
Rockies and Denver. We have a view of the mountains from Pikes Peak to Long's Peak
and all the ranges in between. We can see the tall buildings downtown and the city lights at night.
I took these shots one day while flying around in my helicopter (just joking!). Somebody
came by offering this photo and I bought it.
