Oscar 13 is a High Earth orbit satellite Excellent for for DXing. This

satellite will re-enter some time in December 1996. Use this one while it is still there!!

On December 5, 1996, AMSAT OSCAR-13 re-entered the Earth's atmosphere and burned up. This satellite is no longer usable since it is vapor. But for posterity, here are the particulars of this ex-satellite
