Subject to applicable consumer protection legislation, RAM/GAM, INC. warrants ALL OF OUR FANS to be free from defective materials and workmanship for the period of three (3) years from the date of purchase. During the first three (3) years RAM/GAM, INC. will replace any product that fails due to defects in material or workmanship.

Warranty is contingent on installation in accordance with the instructions provided and warranty does not apply where damages occur due to improper wiring or installation. This warranty does not apply where repairs or alterations have been made or attempted by others; or the unit has been abused or misused.

CAUTION! You must install a rain-cap or 180-degree elbows at the discharge point of the pipe (above the fan). This will help avoid the problem of rainwater turning to ice inside the housing of the fan and causing the motor to lock preventing it from rotation. Do not shut the fan "off" or otherwise cut power to the fan in cold weather as this will result in fan failure and void any and all warranties. Also, a water or moisture guard system must be installed to prevent water from causing damage to the motor. Damage to the motor caused by water is expressly NOT covered under this warranty!

Warranty requires a photo of the installation be made at the time of completion and mailed to us with the address of the property and date of installation printed on the back with the name and address of the Installation Company. This will become a part of our file for warranty purposes.

Warranty does not apply to damage or failure caused by acts of God, fire or the removal or any alteration of the control number made on the RAM/GAM, INC. label or date of manufacture. Warranty does not include damage in shipment unless the damage is due to the negligence of RAM/GAM, INC. Please inspect immediately upon receipt and notify carrier immediately of damages and file claim with carrier. RAM/GAM, INC. is not responsible for installation or removal costs associated with this warranty. In no case is RAM/GAM, INC. liable beyond repair or replacement of the defective product FOB RAM/GAM, INC. Aurora, CO.

THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES THAT EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION ON THE FACE HEREOF. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR WRITTEN, ARE NOT VALID.

For service under this warranty, contact your installer or the source from which you purchased the product. DO NOT RETURN TO RAM/GAM, INC WITHOUT PROPER AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.

For factory return you must

• Have a return authorization number.  This may be obtained by calling the distributor from whom the fan was purchased.  Please have bill of sale available.

• The return authorization number must be clearly written on the outside of the carton, or the carton will be refused.

• All products being returned must be shipped prepaid and be accompanied by a copy of the bill of sale.

• The product will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of RAM/GAM Engineering Services, Inc. and returned to the customer.  No credit will be issued.
